STUB, words owed by design against DECISIONS.md U101: if the words are gone and the passphrase is not, the printed kit carries both. This way in needs the identifier as well, because without the words this page cannot work out which mailbox to open.
It is on the printed sheet, in the file on your USB stick, and in your password manager entry. It is not secret on its own: it says which mailbox to fetch, never how to open it.
